Started to create a kind of a chinese Street-Scene. I have never been in china
and this i my first try. So i you have any ideas what can be added or changed to make it look more chinese like, you can give me CC
Wow this looks really cool, both the composition and render look great. And it really feels like chinese/japanese (asian) street. Really nice work bro! 
Just an idea but try the luxrender plugin for blender, it can give you the god-rays/volumetric lighting and dust in your render. You wont need all those stretched lens glare, but you can still add some fog glow to the final image. Theres a a tutorial on youtube on how to setup the volumetric lighting with luxrender for a basic room. its really easy to follow. search for luxrender sunlit room tutorial.
