I love these year Jags Icon. I look at the recent models these days and you can hardly tell their a Jaguar.

Yeah, it sure is a beauty! At first I considered modeling the new F-Type coupe. I think it’s good looking car and all but didn’t really made me want to model it. E-Type got something special. The classic beauty.
More details and tires straight from my Miura as Jaguar used almost identical tires.
The wheels should be something new and interesting…

E’s are good, but the all time coolest old school Jag would have to be the XJ13, IMO. It looks just as good in the flesh as it does in photos.
Yeah the XJ13 is really cool, but it remained prototype so it’s one of it’s own. E-type still remains the ultimate classic. IMO.
Hopefully have some time soon to model this one further.

HDRI and a lightsource with array modifier so it’s kinda row of lights on the side. That’s about it!

Some wipers! And there’s some pinching in the hood vent’s but I’ll fix it!

A bit more work. Interior is now linen with black…something and waits for seats and dashboard.

How did you do those vents?
Like this. Had to use edge crease (really don’t like using it) to the surrounding area of the vents so the number of edge loops won’t go any higher.

Really progressing well Icon, the red is looking great. I didn’t know that it had 3 wipers…don’t see that very often.
