Addon/Script to get the list of Markers and the corresponding frame numbers

Hi all,
I have not found what I am looking for, therefore I am offering to pay for that task:
Is it possible to make an addon or script to simply list the markers used in the timeline (in alphabetic order for instance) with the corresponding frame number for each marker.
