[Addon] Add Dual Mesh

Got bored this weekend, so made a quick plugin that creates the “dual” of a given mesh, i.e. replaces all vertices with faces and visa versa. That’s already been done, so I added the ability to smoothly blend between the old and new mesh.

Pretty much the only thing you can do with it is make animations like this, but I think it’s kinda neat.
