Camera tracking fixed camera

Hi,
I want a camera at solved camera frame 2 place , but FIXED, frame independent. So I duplicate it.
But the Ipo shows no motion, and if I delete camera solving constraint, it stays fixed but at frame 1 place, not at frame 2 place.
So how can I set the camera with solved camera at frame 2?

Switch to frame 2, select the camera, menu Object -> Apply -> Visual Transform, delete constraint.

It doesn’t success : it still comes back to frame 1 as soon as I delete the camera solver constraint
