hey, in other game engines you can make an animation and only make it affect a few bones
So youre legs can run and the arms can do a totaly different animation. is that possible in blender game engine?
Or do i have to make a standing and a running animation for all my animations?

Use layers, You set it in the animation logic brick or in playAction function.
You have two animations: A move the arms, and B move the legs.
So you put A in layer 0, and B in layer 1.
Just make sure that the animation A doesn’t have keyframes on any bone that animation B uses.
