How could I correct my camera axis?

I recently imported a camera and point data into blender from a tracking software. However the software is a Y up axis, where as blender is Z up. So the problem i’m having is that the data I imported is facing the wrong way. I tried to simply rotate it and fix the issue. The point data rotated fine, but when i go to play the animation the camera flips back into the unwanted position. I can only assume that this is because the camera has key frames. Is there anyway to rotate the camera and have that rotation affect all of my keyframes? I have no Idea where to look.:no:

You could fix the data with a script before importing.
