Hallo
In my previous version of blender 2,6 i added these brushes. Now with 2,74 i have no idea how to add them. I watched the video on adding via the addons but that is now a old system. i have no understanding scripts but want to add these brushes. http://www.blendernation.com/2015/02/17/free-blender-brushes/
please could someone explain how?

Use the addon installation steps as in the link
Or download just the brushes .zip file and unzip it.
Open the blend file included in the zip file or use the File / Append option to append any brushes in that blend file into your current open blend file.
To keep the brushes set them to have a fake user (F button next to their name) and save your blend file as your startup file.
