Bones move too much of the mesh

Anyone has any quick fix ideas?, I’m useing the riggify armature plugin in blender.

Check your bone weighting, something you didn’t bother to show in the video !
You have very little geometry or loops around the shoulder area so if a single vertex moves there is nothing to smooth out the movement between the other vertices

I see no links to your blend file either, why not ?, this is something you should be routinely supplying for ALL support questions.!!!
