The heel rotate bone had to be rolled 180 degrees.
I am following a beginner tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVHKBSknFhA I was able to get the toe roll bone to work with constraints fine. But I am unable to do the same with the heel roll bone. Both the toe roll bone and the heel roll bone are supposed to be controlled by the Foot Roll Control Bone. But when I rotate the foot roll control bone down, the foot points downward instead of upward on the heel. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
