Saving New Pose?

Hi everyone,

I’m completely new to the 3D modeling scene and have been mucking around with blender for the past few days. I would like to do some 3D printed figures eventually. So, the models that I’ve downloaded from the Internet have the default position with the arms wide open, which is something I don’t want when I print these models out. So, I rigged the arms accordingly and brought the arms down. Now, however, when I try to export the file and open it in TinkerCad (this is the app I use to check the scale of the model in inches) it always gives me the default-open-arms pose. What do I do to save it as the new pose that I’ve given it?

The new pose is shown in both object mode and pose mode, but edit mode still has the default pose. Can anyone help me out?

Now, however, when I try to export the file
What format ?
In the export settings did you enable ‘Apply Modifiers’ so it applied the armature modifier during the export process ?
