exporting rig "shapes" as curves in obj animation

Hi!
here’s my problem, hope someone can help me out…
So, I’m animating a pre-rigged characted in Blender and exporting it a a wavefront obj animation (i.e. every frame as a seperate, numbered file) because I’m taking this into Rhino/Grasshopper to perform some analytic animation on it there - I know, it sounds like a strange workaround, but it has its reasons…
Now, here’s the thing. the obj format exports the character mesh without any problems, but I would also like to export the “Shapes” (orange circles and lines in image) as curves within the obj. I can’t seems to find a way to do this
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The shapes are on the last layer of the scene in a Rigify generated rig. You should see some items with the prefix WGT. The bones that have those shapes are just copying the shape of the WGT_xxxx objects.
