Help with exporting animations as FBX to UE4, strange overlapping errors.

I’ve been struggling with this for days and can’t figure it out. I’m guessing its a setting or something in Blender and not in UE4 but I’m not sure.

Any advice would be helpful. I’ve also tried importing the mesh into another Blender project and redoing the animations but I still get the same problem.
