Complex project: projection mapping moving target

Hello,
I was just woundering if anybody has made something like this:
Person (with clothes), moving. On his clothes he has several markers for motion tracking. Clothes are white. To make it more simple, he only moves sidewards.
The person has been scanned in 3d and a rigged version with bones is available
What needs to be done is that a movie is projected on the person trough a static projector.

Is this possible?

For what I have found is that you can use BLAM to calibrate the camera for projecting static and animated textures on walls. They say the objects you project on need to be straight (no organic shapes). Also it does not support moving targets. Blender has motion tracking, so I woundered if this kind of system would be possible.
If not possible at this stage, would it be possible using Perception Neuron Mocap system and blender?

Some people made this project:

The face in this project is moving slightly. Because they are using Kinects, the movement is very limited.
Edit: I guess it is also necessairy to use a laser projector, instead of a casual beamer?
