This is my first attempt at using a boids particle system. It turned out quite terrible. If you take a close look, the minifigures are actually walking backwards. Anyone who knows how to flip the direction? Simply rotating the character doesn’t work.

Rendered with cycles with 10 samples. At least there is one advantage of filming something with a terrible camera.

Try flipping the origin around the mesh instead? Not sure what that would do to the walk cycle

It makes the character look like rubber.

After you rotated the character, did you apply the transform?
