This is a character design for a remake of cut-scenes from a Ps1 game.
the model is in the neighborhood of 1/3 of the way done.

looking good, are you going to keep it greyscale or bring in some color after you get your values finished?
as soon as i had the hind legs finished i started modeling it. Really complicated, i should have done a couple more poses.
i’m back and forth about the coloring because its a shadow creature; it literally peels up off the ground but pitch black doesn’t capture that well in the camera either. i might add tertiary hues, some shimmering and glowing.
and as far as the drawing is concerned, i’ll probably enhance it with the render.
