How to Create Fire in Blender Cycles

I made a fire tutorial almost 5 years ago to date, and things have changed a bit since then. We’ve got Cycles. Simulating fire and smoke is probably one of the coolest things that Blender does. Other 3d software users have to pay for expensive plugins to get smoke, but Blender users get it free.

Looks like you copy/pasted Andrew Price’s tutorial… and present it as your own work? Kinda lame imho.

Also, your site looks a LOT like www.itsartmag.com, both in design and content… there’s nothing wrong with having a site with news, inspiration, tutorials and everything cg related. And certainly theres nothing wrong in taking the content from different sources (that’s what these sites do anyway); but why do it so similar to another cg-related site?

And why do a tutorial that looks suspiciously similar to the one made by Andrew Price?

EDIT: Checking again, that’s the SAME tutorial… so you’re either copying Andrew Price, or you “forgot” to give proper credits, anyway you should be a little bit more careful with this kind of stuff.

It seems you just want to generate some more traffic to your site.
