Trouble using this realtime cub map setup

hey, I have a texture that is a normal map I am trying to apply in this

I am very new to nodes, so any help would be awesome.

TachWall = the normal texture.

this looks closer, but there is still some of the normal map color coming through I think?

(bare in mind I am a newb at nodes)
