sculpting mesh problem

I created a model head out of meta-balls and used the ALT+c command to make a mesh out of it and then subdivided it to a smoother model to work with. After that I started sculpting it and got these:



Any way to fix these?

Retopology - create new geometry on top of existing mess.
Since you likely would want to further sculpt this i’d suggest Dyntopo button ;). Anyhow, retopology will be needed at the end.

Go to the appropriate sub forum and at the top there is a big button that says 'Post New Thread. Press it, type what you want to say and then press ‘Submit New Thread’
