how to remove darker faces in my mesh?

hi everyone

i modelled a leg and now i have darker parts in my mesh. how can i turn them all into one color?

thanks for any help, i will attach a screenshot.

Ensure yoor object does not have more than one material or any texture that could cause theis
Remove any double vertices (select all vertices and W / Remove Doubles)
Recalculate face normals (select all faces and Ctrl+N)
