Is there a middle mouse wheel zoom hotkey I can use on my Wacom Pen?

I want to set my Wacom pen buttons to; 1 - rotate (which I have done) and 2 - variable zoom like the scroll-wheel does on a mouse (which I have not done.) There is a You Tube video from Blender Sensei which shows his method but he has created his own set of hotkeys which are different from the default to get this effect. He claims the normal hotkey, which I do not know, creates a jerky zoom.

This is primarily for using the pen in Sculpt mode.

EDIT: Found out how… ctrl + MMB …works great…smooth too.

Yes, you can hold ctrl+middle mouse button to zoom and shift+middle mouse to move up and down in blender.
