DeadPool Texturing

Hi guys, during the last week I sculpted this bust of Deadpool (Marvel Hero) but I have some problems for what concern Texturing.
I use Cycles render and I want to apply one of these material to it (http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/73531)…
Now… I want the same material around his eyes… but I need to paint of black this part and I don’t know how to do it.

It’s not entirely clear what you’re asking. How to create a material? Apply it to the mesh? More info please.

I suppose your geometry is well defined between materials, so why not go into edit mode, and assing different materials to different selections of faces?

Use Vertex paint b/w to create mask and Attribute node if the mesh density is high enough. If not - create new texture and paint as you need (black&white again); then use image as a mask to mix materials.

There is a video in order to understand how to do it ?

Should be something around if you look for “Dirty Vertex Colors”. In general - same as image painting, use brush and paint away. Mesh needs to be reasonably dense.
