interesting portrait… some likeness is there, the glasses and turtleneck definitely help with that. the headshape is not quite right, the back of head is not wide enough, the forehead is too wide. also the jaw is a tad too wide, and the mouth seems sit too low (is difficult to judge from this camera angle though). ears look too small… these is meant to help, there are very good points in your portrait, like the eyes, the nose, and the overall feeling you captured.
Great job! The turtleneck seems a little flat… But the head is brilliant! I hope this gets to top row!
