How to create door and windows in Blender Cycles

Is there a tutorial how to create door and window in Blender?
Especially i hard and little details like door/window handle.

You might try this one. He uses the Archimesh Add-on.

Maybe if you show us a picture of the door or window you are trying to create we could give a few pointers.
