Attempt at low poly

Hello;
I have recently started a ‘Low Poly’ art style project in blender. I have completed it and need to render it. I ‘am using BI(Blender Internal) to render it recently, but the image I get in return is grainy looking so I switched over to cycles render. It looks a lot better but some of the effects I had going on in BI are missing. I’m curious as to how I can get my BI render to look the same in cycles just less grainy. Below are some images of the two different renders for comparison.

Thanks for your help;

Looks like you have double faces on your ground plane.
If there are two ground objects, delete one, if it is one object with double faces, press W and Remomve doubles. You might also check the normals of the faces…

This way you should be fine with BI.

If not double faces then you might have accidentally duplicated the whole ground object. Select the ground and press G to move it around and delete it - if there is a second one sharing the same position.

Okay thanks, I’ll check it out
