Shape Key animation, I can't get my image texture right

Hi everybody,

I’m encountering some problem with my animation. I’m pretty much a beginner in Blender and I cannot solve this problem on my own. I used the Shape Key to animate my mesh, it went right until I started to make materials. The best way to explain my problem is to show you the video. Does someone know how to fix? Maybe the Shape Key isn’t the best way to do this… :confused: I assume that the Shape Keys are deforming my mesh and that’s the reason why my images are so buggy…
I can’t figure a solution out. Please help :))

Thats two planes, quads or mesh occupying the same space. You need to separate them somehow.
