weird volume scatter artifacts when rendering on gpu

hi just wondering if anyone else have had this problem, it occures only when two or more objects with volume scatter shader applied to intersects with eachother, and when rendering on gpu, not cpu, cpu renders with no problem,


my build is:
evga 770 gtx
intel 4770k
32 gig ram
win 8

Looks like a bug, you should check out the bug tracker and see if anyone else has posted it. If they haven’t, you certainly should.
