how can i fix it?

Have you checked the bone weighting in weight paint mode. Check weights for all bones to see if the head is influenced by more than one bone.

How can i ignore the other bone?

It looks like bone weighing problem. Check vertex group of the mesh assigned to that head bone and bone around it to see if it is properly assigned.
