BEFORE I START, I KNOW I NEED TO HAVE THE IDENTICAL FRAMERATES TO THE RAW VIDEO THAN I DO IN BLENDER FPS SETTINGS.
Ok, I would like to edit a video in Blender but the audio and video strips are out of sync. My source video is 61fps (it’s like this because YouTube’s new 60fps videos don’t work when I just have 60fps video, so I bump it up to 61 to assure a 60fps video on YouTube). Funnily enough, 29FPS puts the video and audio in sync, but that isn’t actually the raw framerate of the video file.
Also, I woule like to edit my video without it lagging while I attempt to play it in real time. I hit “Play” and it lags like hell. Audio scrubbing, AVSync and frame drop is enabled and I have increased the prefetch frame limit to 500 and the memory cache limit to 4MB.
Settings I have enabled:
- 61fps set under properties.
- Prefetch frames set to 500.
- memory cache limit is also set to 4096MB.
- Audio Scrubbing is enabled.
- AV-Sync is enabled.
- Frame dropping is enabled.
