Hi,
I’ve been playing around with a little cube thingy, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to add a behavior to the emission shader to make it flicker randomly.
Thanks,
Joseph

Add a keyframe to the emission strength
In the graph editor select the emission strength channel and add a noise modifier. You could also add a Limits modifier to fix a min and max strength value
Ok how do i open the material in the graph editor?
Open the graph editor.
If you have selected the arrow icon on the header, only channels for the selected object will be visible, if that is disabled, all keyframed channels will be visible
These are all the channels it gives me. I set a keyframe for the strength of the emission shader, but it doesn’t show up here.
ON the graph editor header ensure the filter options are showing materials
Supply a blend file
