Wrong gamma in OpenGL render

Hi all,

I’m trying to output a simple OpenGL render of a scene - I’m using Blender Internal so I have shadows on my model - and the gamma is waaaaay up. It actually displays fine within Blender, but just about every other image viewer (XNViewMP, djv…) displays it much lighter. So I messed with the color management, turned gamma down to .6 and it did the trick (not exactly the same actually but I don’t mind), but… what happens ? What is this mystery ?
