We made project Gemini to test out blender and other opensource tools . we used it as a test bed to conceive a commercial project. The blender version used was 2.67. The project was conceived a year ago and completed within 3 months (2013).This project was done as a testing platform for many opensource tools. We had lots of fun pushing blender and cycles around to get the results we wanted.
