Rotation and zoom viewing.

With Blender, can click <Render> or <F12> to execute and complete
a render from a particular Camera viewpoint. However, I cannot
view the final render from different angles by rotating my world,
object(s) or zooming.

I do not wish to create an animation.

-Without a separate api or program, does Blender supply a way to interact
with an object render, instead of just viewing it from one final camera?

Are you wanting to preview those areas or save them out? if you just want to preview turn on rendered viewport mode…

If you want to save htem out, either move the camera around, or create a new camera in that location

Change the 3d view to Rendered (option to the right of object/edit mode selection

This is what I’m looking for.

-When I am in render mode for the viewport, and have used the <<keypad> + <0>>
button to look through the camera, I want to enable anti-aliasing in the view.
How do I acheive that?

No anti aliasing in blender render / viewport.
In cycles is different, viewport and final render are the same. Just ask for how many samples you need in render or preview.
