Cycles baking question

Hi. I’ve created simple scene to test: plane and cube.Both unwraped and textured. I’ve created two Uv layer: base and uv atlas. I’d like to using first base layer to main, and the second to baking. But when I baking it always baking into base layer, not the second layer which for exactly lightmap. I tried to set ‘Render icon’ to uv atlas layer in UV Layer popup menu, but still the same. So, what exactly I must to do? Thanx.Regardless.

The problem has been solved as:Added Input>UV Map to Shader and then selected that UV Layer which can be baking from UV Mapped texture (lightmap).
