Sequencer, move Stripe and Keys at the same time

Hey People,

is it possible to move a stripe that has a transform with keys to a new position in the Timeline so that they will not go out of sync?

I’m not quite sure what (two) tools you are referring to here. Are you speaking of VSE and something else? Please describe your situation more clearly; maybe attach a blend-file example.

Sorry for the unclear explanation, atm I can not upload a blend-file but I´ll try to give better explanation.

@sundialsvc4 Yes, I meant the Video Sequence Editor (VSE)


I import a picture into the VSE, now I want to fade it out so I need to add a Transform. On the Transform I go to frame 01 add a key on the “Opacity-tab” with value 1.0 . Then I go to frame 30 and add a key on the “Opacity-tab” with the value 0.0. Now my picture fades out from frame 1 to frame 30.

But when I move the picture and the transform to frame 60 it is already faded out, but I expect it to fade out now from frame 60 to frame 90. How can I archive that effect.
