Mesh messed up after binding to armature with IK

Hi,

i did a supersimple model to follow a basic rigging tutorial on youtube. After binding my mesh to armature the mesh gets deformed, although i didn’t touch any bones. When i bind the same mesh to same armature except without IKs it’s not deformed.

I did remove duplicated vertexes on mesh and tried ctrl + p to normalize vertices.

I know the geometry is cube like and just for testing. But i wonder if had modelled a detailed model and wanted to rig it properly, i wouldn’t be happy if my carefully crafted model is messed up.

Dont worry go ahead and model what you wish. Your carefully crafted mode will not get messed up permanent. The armature can be removed and mesh will return to normal.
I can not see image. It says at drop box it contains errors.
It is better to post a blend file because so many different thing could be the problem.
