I have both a Mask Point and a Tracker selected. I go to Mask>Make Parent. The Mask point is now attached. Is there a way to keyframe the mask point switching off so I can then just move it independently?
Would be a nice feature, indeed. But so far you can’t animate the influence. What you can do however is simply to stop the marker from tracking when you don’t need (–>clear path). You can always animate on top of a parented mask anyway.
