hi everyone,
I got this hollow cylinder (just the lateral surface), that I want to be applied with the wireframe modifier, with relative large thickness
after the modifier applied, everything seems good
but the more I increase the thickness the more some vertices kind of run away
why is that happening? how can I fix it?
Check normals
Check for no double vertices
Add the modifier and just delete the verts that are not correct

normal and doubles check done: nothing wrong
here it is the responsible (one of them)
why is bad?
You have even thickness turned on… and the only way that vert can make a wireframe as thick as the rest is if you move it up in space.
