Huge problem with cycles smoke

I am trying to work on a meteor strike effect on tracked footage using the smoke simulator, I ran into a HUGE problem, where the smoke refuses to render at all after 9 frames, I can’t find any explanation for this, the smoke cache is setup correctly, I don’t know what the problem is, here is the blendfile, I need help as soon as possible; Meteor strike tracking6.blend (1.32 MB)

Here’s the issue. When rendering cycles volumetrics, the camera cannot be inside of a volumteric mesh (the domain). I mean it can, but nothing will render. You are using an adaptive domain that pushes toward the camera. As soon as the size/location of that domain cube forces the camera to be inside of it, you can no longer see the flames.

Possibly pull the camera back and increase the focal length.
