I have Intel Graphics 2000 GPU but I can’t see the option to switch to GPU. I have the latest drivers.

You need a compatible NVidia graphics card for CUDA gpu accelerated rendering. Your card won’t work

OpenGL is needed to draw the Blender UI to work in Blender.
If you want to render on GPU you need a Cuda capable card and Cuda is Nvidia only.
You need Compute Capability 2.0 or higher:
