OK, so I get that Blender Cloud is something I can subscribe to and get access to training material and other cool perks.
I see that there is a sign-up page: https://cloud.blender.org/join
What I don’t get is, how much of it is still under development, and how much of what’s listed in this proposal here will come to be or has come to be?
This in particular I care about most:
Allow access to Open Movie Workshops (Trainings) in:
- high resolution streaming
- download
- allow to order them on physical support via the e-shop too
Is it for certain that I can download the training material and also order DVDs?
Are the downloads DRM-free? What format are they offered in?
Do the DVDs cost something? I imagine they will not incur the discs/packaging/shipping costs for me. So are they discounted then or what? If so, by how much?
I see that I can sign up, but I don’t know all the features of what I would be signing up for.
If you guys know, please demystify. Thanks in advance.
