So, I didn’t really like how this turned out, and I wasn’t going to post it to BA but, I’ve grown to like it a bit more, and it makes a great facebook cover photo!
Rendered in Cycles, only took like 4 mins at 400 samples, my computer is running windows XP… that’s all I should have to say about my specs…
When posting specs, you should include the RAM and CPU and GPU (if you have it).
I have a Windows XP computer, but it takes over an hour to render an image with 200 samples in cycles render. The operating system of the computer doesn’t play too much of a factor to the render time.
Okay, 3 gb of RAM, rendered on my CPU, Intel Core 2 Duo

The background was low res, along with bokeh blur I think. Probably should have just stuck with a gaussian blur or defocus node.
