Simple house keeping Colours issue.

In my attached .blend file, created with Blender 2.72,
I have my camera, light and objects set up to render,
by <f12>.

I have set my cube to red, and the square for the ground to blue.
But they both render as red.

Is this some kind of colour light reflection issue? In other words,

-Why don’t I get my blue?

-How do I allow all colours to render?

You have renderlayer material override set to red material.

Thank you! That’s my answer!

I’m trying to draw some edge borders in post
processing using the Threshold setting.
I get this error:

Full Sample does not support edge enhance.

-How do I beat this error to have my edges rendered in?

-Is there a way to make the outline edges less thick,
and as thick as the edge ones?

That’s exactly the purpose of that material selector in the Render Layers tab: To override all individual materials. If you don’t want that, you must not select an override material: Just hit the X after the material name to clear any material selection.
