I have a problem that’s driving me nuts.
Once I press a curly or square bracket in the text editor or the python console, the cursor and enter key don’t work in Blender anymore.
I’m running a vanilla version of Ubuntu 64 bit and tested the 64 bit and 32 bit version of blender 2.72a.
I don’t have the problem on my laptop (also running Ubuntu 14.04).
And Blender is the only program showing this kid of behaviour.
I’m guessing this is an incompatibility and not Blender’s fault.
Did anyone had a similar experience and perhaps solved the problem?
