The pupils of the eyes are a bit blurred and the shell could use some darker details for the spiral area, but nice model.

It is a good work but the shader/texture you are using is a bit odd considering the model is cartoon and the texture is some kind of realistic attempt.
I would recommend something like, painting the texture over photoshop, even simple Dots would look better I think with a nice gradient on the body.
Nonetheless good attempt and you learn by trying 
!!GAry is #1 cartoon character. I like it
