baked animation not exporter property into fbx

hi there, i need help with exporting baked animations in fbx to unity, i have a complex model with constraint in some bones, the animations runs fine in blender and if i manually baked actions work perfectly in unity, but i tried to do it with new fbx exporter, and work very bad, if i export with baked animation and no other options, animation play well but only export one animation, if i choose another option, export the model with all actions but isnt baked. please help
