Need some voice instruction [Paid]

Hi

Im looking for someone i can share my screen with over skype, while recieving voice tuition to achive the following:

Rigg a chest I have pre modelled.
Animate it
Export animation to unity.

I have created bones and tried exporting it, but i just cant get unity to recognise the animation.
For some reason I find following youtube tutorials just arent making sense to me.
