The new Cycles GPU 2.72 Benchmark

Hi all, the new benchmark file for Cycles.
It is GPU only.
Please don´t upload images, render time and specs only, as stamped.

Please use official Blender 2.72 only, we can compare performance better if all use the same Blender version.

Open file, hit F12, write down:

OS
GPU
Render time like XX:XX.XX as stamped.

And the race start again, mib.

Libre Office .ods file for people like statistics: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v3yq58wg14vzcxh/Cycles%20GPU%20Bench_272.ods?dl=0

Thanks Anthony C for reporting, move the file and forgot to pack textures as I am a real Blender beginner.
Cloud color comes from sphere emission, dunno what happen here.

Cheers, mib

No big, glad it was not a machine issue on my end, the sky must be however because I am rendering again under Windows and the clouds are colored. Maybe my Nvidia driver for Mint? I’ll update it and try again at some point.

Hi, thank you for the input, I prepare the spreadsheet atm…

@nudelZ, not bad for a CPU. :slight_smile:
@Anthony C, I am not sure it make sense to put this OC´ed GPU in the sheet, it does not help other user to buy a card.
What are you think?
@viriathus77, this card is not officially supported, was a beast at is own time, so no entry in the list, sorry.

Cheers, mib
EDIT: @Anthony C, it is only Sun, Sky Texture and a mesh light.
The clouds are volumetric scatter material, may this doesn´t work.
May you append lights and ground plane in another file, then the cloud object.

Some cards come that way and I have my factory times posted as well.
I think it gives people an idea of what they can expect from their hardware should they decide to tinker.

But this is your gig so if you prefer I pull the OCed times then I most certainly will.

First numbers.

Cheers, mib
