GE rendering for Oculus Rift et.al.

What must i do in blender to make a game for 3d-glasses, for example Okulus Rift or cinemizer OLED?

Specially:
Is the render-output one film with the left-eye-view on the left side and the right-eye-view on the right side?
Ore are there two render-outputs; one for the left and one for the rigrt-eye-view?
Which size must the render-outputs have (count of pixels in length and hight)?

I have made a stereoscopic camera-rig; one cam for the left and one cam for the right eye.

There are stereoscopic options in the properties window in blender. Try the side by side camera to get started

with a small team we have just integrated our brand new Oculus Rift SDK2 with Blender, you can now see BGE scenes directly in the OR with rotation and position control, the small piece of software is in beta and we still don’t know how to licence it, due to restrictions in GPL2, but i think we can give you a preview if you want to test it
