This is my engagement ring designed for my Fiancee (proposed last Saturday 23rd August). I then made it using 9ct White gold and a 2.5 mm diamond.
This was my original intention to learn Blender to create a 3D visual of my work before making my designs in precious metals.

nice design! Just notice the one of the corners is smooth in real life and sharper in your render.
Thanks for comments :). Shachar - Your right. Simple reason for the change, I had to soften the sharp edges to avoid the ring catching on things like skin, clothes and everything else it might come in contact with.
